Grumpy old man behind the counter (maybe owner), too much going on and not enough staff to help around yard

Fantastic service from KPT. It’s the first time I’ve used them but it’s the only place I’ll use for timber from now on. Put in my order yesterday and it was delivered today, with a text sent to let me know. Very happy customer 🤓

Ordered on Friday after closing. Got an email Monday morning to say order would be delivered that day. I couldn't accept the delivery until the Friday and had added a note to say that on my online order, so gave them a quick call and it was no issue. Items all turned up early on the Friday, driver was very courteous and helpful. Overall an excellent service and will use again for next project

Great service - under estimated a job by 2 tonne - rang the office and they got the extra bags out the next morning.

Spent ages looking for the best place local to me, doing my order to then get to check out and delivery not available to address. Ridiculous! Il take my custom elsewhere thanks!

KPT informed me immediately my items came into stock and delivered within a couple of days, the timber was excellent quality and better value than other local suppliers.

Ordered last night and they delivered next day. Great customer service as the lady called me in the morning. Best price for what I needed too.

These are busy times in building supply. I was fairly warned of high levels of demand the company was fulfilling and some likely delay in delivery. I asked for an update on delivery and 3 days later had the product, which all looks good and fit for purpose. In the current climate I am entirely happy with communication, delivery and product. Unfortunately, I have no excuse to use with my wife and have to crack on and build the promsied deck next weekend. I will use KPT again

I placed a web order and was then became aware that delivery was not possible. Cancelled the order next day and agreed a refund. Refund arrived the next day minus a £5 admin fee!!!! Really a £5 fee for a web cancellation is just ridiculous, although I was informed that I had been let of lightly as it was normally £10. No other company that I have felt with has this policy in place. Not a great advert I’m afraid.

I have been using KPT for gardening projects pretty much since they opened. Always efficient and competitively priced. The best thing of all is the speed at which they can get deliveries out. Loads of delivery vehicles of various sizes. I’ve never had to wait more than a day or so!!!
